The Copper Rules:
As a Billy Boyd fanclub, the rules are fairly simple. You must be a fan of Billy or any of the roles he's played. (i.e. Pippin, Barret, etc. ) You mustn't quarrel amongst yourselves, no cursing or putting down the man (cuz that's not very nice), and you must post our avatar somewhere. (your journal would be a nice place. n_n )
